Don Heirmann inside cabin is on left; Dan Rudd is kneeling on right in the doorway. The cabin was trial assembled in the garage at Skykomish to insure that the pieces fit before attempting to assemble it upon a tower. Clamps are being used to hold the panels together. This view corresponds to the East elevation shown in the blueprints. The decking has not been put on the entry deck and thus the floor joists are revealed. The panels have been primed with white paint on the exterior.
