The Family Activities Program hosts this no cost evening for the whole family. Have you wanted to get outdoors with your family but didn't know where to go or did not want go alone? Were you uncertain of what to bring or how to entertain your children on the trail? Here is the opportunity for answers for these questions and more. We will cover the following topics:

• What to bring hiking
• Trail nutrition
• Basic first aid
• Protecting nature and wilderness ethics
• What activites and events are available?
• How to get involved

This is a free seminar and children are welcome. The first 50 children will receive a first aid kit. Refreshments will be served and at the end of the evening we will have a drawing for a door prize. The Snohomish County PUD building is located in Everett, 2320 California ST. We will meet in the Commissioner Room.
